Unit rank
Earn your stripes
Rank comes from what you do here, not from a button anyone presses. Show up to ops, get clears verified, write builds, scout, map and help people out. Every rank adds something to your card, and the higher ones carry swag.
Enlist and you start at Recruit.
The ladder: Law Enforcement
Same XP, same steps for everyone. Your background on your card picks the names you climb, and the Discord role you wear.
