Crayons N Controllers started with a few veterans who missed having a squad. The name is a nod to the oldest joke in the Corps, and the attitude that came with it: we don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take each other seriously. We're veteran-run and open to everyone. Service members, first responders, spouses, and civilians who just want a good team. What you did doesn't decide if you belong. How you treat the squad does.

We run this place on a short list of rules:

1. Show up. If you RSVP, be there. If you can't, say so.
2. Leave no one. New players get a buddy for their first op. Nobody waits in a lobby alone.
3. Keep it clean. Talk trash about the game, not about people.
4. Promote your own. Every win, stream and clip from a Crayon gets a spotlight.
5. Verified means verified. Service is checked by a moderator in Discord, never by a dropdown.
