Affixes can be applied to Weapons, Gloves, Rings, and Amulets. Affixes it can add (top tier manual): • +[3 - 6]% Zealot Critical Strike Chance • +[25 - 45]% Zealot Critical Strike Damage • +[20 - 40]% Zealot Damage • +[20 - 40]% Damage to Weakened Enemies
Manual tiers in the game: 1, 2, 3. A higher tier manual upgrades the recipe's rolls.

Where to find it
Tempering manuals drop in the world. Reading one teaches the recipe at the Blacksmith, where it adds one of its affixes to a piece of gear.

Masterworking raises every affix on it a step at a time; ranks 4, 8 and 12 each pick one affix at random and raise it much more.
