Affixes it can add (top tier manual): • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[2.5 - 5]% Chance to Daze for 2 Seconds • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[2.5 - 5]% Chance to Freeze for 2 Seconds • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[2.5 - 5]% Chance to Immobilize for 2 Seconds • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[2.5 - 5]% Chance to Slow for 2 Seconds • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[2.5 - 5]% Chance to Stun for 2 Seconds
Manual tiers in the game: 1, 2, 3. A higher tier manual upgrades the recipe's rolls.

Tempering manuals drop in the world. Reading one teaches the recipe at the Blacksmith, where it adds one of its affixes to a piece of gear.
